Rules and Policy

​Cancellation Policy

Please send a message to salc@apu.ac.jp the day before the session at the latest with the cancellation date, which session you are cancelling, your Student ID number, Name, and the reason for cancelling your reservation.
If you have 2 no-shows you will not be allowed to sign up for any more sessions with the PA this semester.

キャンセルをする際は必ず遅くともセッションの前日に、キャンセルをしたい日にち・キャンセルするセッション・学籍番号・氏名およびキャンセル理由を記載してsalc@apu.ac.jpへ連絡してください。（受け取り確認の返信は行いません。）
無断で欠席を2回行った方は、このセメスター期間SALCでのPAによるサポートをご利用いただけなくなりますのでご注意ください。

SALC Rules

Please observe the following rules when using the SALC.

  1. Books cannot be checked out

  2. No food or drink allowed.

  3. Please use the library to study for all non-language subjects

SALCを利用する際は、下記の点を遵守してください。

  1. 本の持ち出しはできません。

  2. 飲食は禁止です。

  3. 言語科目以外の教科の自習は図書館を利用してください。
